Song of the Day – Me And My Drummer

Me And My Drummer have consistently impressed the Podcart camp from the onset. We have been listening to their forthcoming Don’t Be So Hot EP (out October 15th) continuously.

Our Song of the Day is the title EP track. This is a beautifully ambitious song with as much vigor as a punk rock anthem. The underlying frustration and sadness is translated so gracefully and this is one of the distinct qualities of Me And My Drummer. As a duo they make everything sound seamless, piano lulls and almost jazz-style percussion are sheer velvet.

Some bands try to convey passion and fail, Me And My Drummer deliver theirs effortlessly.
