It is fitting that the now London based psychedelica four-piece Django Django met at Edinburgh Art College as their music certainly fits within the art-pop genre. Avant garde, without ever boundering on pretentious, they craft unconventional pop ditties reminiscent of Yeasayer or Animal Collective. Opting to stay true to their arty past they fuse music and visuals together to create an awe inspiring experience as their recent video for ‘WOR’ demonstrates;

They released the ‘WOR’/’Skies Over Cairo’ 7” in March and their debut LP is expected to be finished before the end of the year.
